Welcome to KLOSHY. These terms govern use of https://kloshy.com and purchases from our store. By placing an order, you accept these terms without waiving your rights under applicable law.

KLOSHY offers products including coloring pajamas and blankets. Product characteristics, sizes, designs, available variants, and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. We aim to represent products accurately. Slight color differences may occur depending on your screen settings.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market. France, Belgium, and Monaco use euros (EUR); Switzerland uses Swiss francs (CHF); the United Kingdom uses pounds sterling (GBP); Canada uses Canadian dollars (CAD); and the United States uses US dollars (USD). Applicable shipping and other charges are displayed before you confirm the order. The total payable is shown before final purchase confirmation. Tax information is provided in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Orders

Select your products and available variants, then check your cart. Before confirming your purchase, you can review your order summary and correct errors. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided after the order is confirmed. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with an appropriate solution, including a refund when necessary.

5. Payment

Payments use the secure payment options offered at checkout. Orders are processed in accordance with payment validation conditions.

6. Delivery

Delivery depends on the areas served and options available for your address at checkout. See our shipping policy for details. Estimated delivery for France is 8 to 15 days. This estimate does not apply to other destinations. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. If no delivery estimate is shown for your address at checkout, contact support@kloshy.com. Consumers' statutory delivery rights remain applicable.

7. Withdrawal, returns, and refunds

KLOSHY offers a 30 day commercial return policy under the conditions in our return and refund policy. Consumers also benefit from the statutory 14 day right of withdrawal where it applies. The procedures and legal exceptions are set out in our return and refund policy.

8. Statutory warranties

Products benefit from applicable statutory warranties, including the legal guarantee of conformity and warranty against hidden defects under the conditions provided by law. Our commercial return policy does not limit these warranties.

Customers agree to use our store lawfully. Fraud, unauthorized access, and attempts to disrupt the website are prohibited.
