1. Delivery destinations
KLOSHY offers delivery to France, Belgium, Monaco, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States, subject to service availability at your address. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see the available options.
2. Delivery times
Estimated delivery for France is 8 to 15 days. This estimate does not apply to other destinations. Delivery times vary by country, carrier, shipping method, customs procedures, and busy periods. Check the delivery information provided at checkout. If no estimate is shown for your address, contact support@kloshy.com.
3. Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you confirm payment. No unannounced additional shipping charge will be added after your purchase is confirmed.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
After purchase, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. When a tracking number is available, we send it to you so you can follow your shipment.
5. Delivery delays
Despite our efforts, delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the timeframe communicated to you, contact support@kloshy.com with your order number. We will investigate with our logistics partner. Your statutory rights in the event of delay or non-delivery remain unaffected, including rights to cancel the contract and receive a refund where the legal conditions are met.
